Recruitment Process Outsourcing:

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a business activity where an employer outsources all or part of its recruitment processes to an external service provider. RPO is different from staffing /Placement/Head hunter services. An RPO provider acts as a company’s internal recruitment agency for a portion or all of its jobs.
RPO providers manage the entire recruiting/hiring process from the job profiling through the on-boarding of the new hire, including staff, technology, method, and reporting. It include all the areas of Sourcing, Searching, Identifying, Shortlisting, Scheduling, Selecting, Joining and Induction.
